And Pilate asked Him, Are you the king of the Jews? And answering He said to him, You say it. Mark 15:2 MKJV
And Pilate asked Him, saying, Are you the king of the Jews? And He answered him and said, You say it. Luke 23:3 MKJV
Pilate then said to Him, Are you a king then? Jesus answered, You say it that I am a king. To this end I was born, and for this cause I came into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice. John 18:37 MKJV

YHWH is THE KING of ISRAEL before the Israelites asked for an earthly king as it was the custom of the pagan nations.

Matthew 2:1-6 LEB
(1)  Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the east came to Jerusalem,
(2)  saying, "Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? For we have seen his star at its rising and have come to worship him."
(3)  And when King Herod heard it, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him,
(4)  and after calling together all the chief priests and scribes of the people, he inquired from them where the Christ was to be born.
(5)  So they said to him, "In Bethlehem of Judea, for thus it is written by the prophet,
(6)  'And you, Bethlehem, land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah, for from you will go out a ruler who will shepherd my people Israel.'"

Micah 5:2 LEB
(2)  But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, too small to be among the clans of Judah, from you one will go out for me, to be ruler in Israel; and his origins are from of old, from ancient days.

(4)  So Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the town of Nazareth, to Judea, to the city of David which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family line of David,
(5)  to be registered together with Mary, who was legally promised in marriage to him and was pregnant.
(6)  And it happened that while they were there, the time came for her to give birth.
(7)  And she gave birth to her firstborn son, and wrapped him in strips of cloth and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn.

This one first found his own brother Simon and said to him, "We have found the Messiah!" (which is translated "Christ").  John 1:41 LEB

John 1:45-46 LEB

(46)  And Nathanael said to him, "Can anything good come out of Nazareth?" Philip said to him, "Come and see!"

The woman said to him, "I know that Messiah is coming" (the one called Christ); "whenever that one comes, he will proclaim all things to us."  John 4:25 LEB

These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that [the] LORD God made the earth and the heavens,  Genesis 2:4 KJV

because there was born to you to-day [a] Saviour--who is Christ [the] Lord--in [the] city of David, Luke 2:11 YLT

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (2) He was in the beginning with God. (3) All things came into being through Him, and without Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being. John 1:1-3 LITV

You call me 'Teacher' and 'Lord,' and you speak correctly, for I am.  John 13:13 LEB

yet to us [there is] one God, the Father, from whom [are] all [things], and we [are] for him, and [there is] one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom [are] all [things], and we [are] through him.  1 Corinthians 8:6 LEB

Hear, O Israel, Jehovah our God is one Jehovah. (Deuteronomy 6:4 KJ3)

And the angel said to her, Fear nor, Mariam (Mary), for you have found grace from God. (Luke 1:30 KJ3)

Matthew 1:20-23 KJ3
(20) And as he was thinking about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord was seen by him in a dream, saying, Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife. For that in her is generated of the Holy Spirit.
(21) And she will bear a son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He shall save His people from their sins.
(22) And all this happened so that might be fulfilled that which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying,
(23) “Behold, The virgin will have a babe in her womb and will bear a son, and they will call His name Emmanuel” (which translated is, God with us). Isa. 7:14

Micah 5:2 LEB
(2)  But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, too small to be among the clans of Judah, from you one will go out for me, to be ruler in Israel; and his origins are from of old, from ancient days.

Philippians 2:4-11 MKJV
(4) Do not let each man look upon his own things, but each man also on the things of others.
(5) For let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,
(6) who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God,
(7) but made Himself of no reputation, and took upon Himself the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men.
(8) And being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
(9) Therefore God has highly exalted Him, and has given Him a name which is above every name, [see PSALMS 83:18]
(10) that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of heavenly ones, and of earthly ones, and of ones under the earth;
(11) and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Psalms 83:18 MKJV that men may know that Your name is JEHOVAH, that You alone are the Most High over all the earth.

Note that the verse does not say 'most high in heaven', because in Heaven God the Father is the Most High, as Jesus made it known. The most high in Psalms 83:18 is another inferred reference to Jesus as YHWH in the New Testament.

Matthew 13:34-35 KJV
(34)  All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:
(35)  That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

Jesus exclusively spoke in parables. We need to decipher those parables to uncover their hidden message. For that to happen, we need the guidance of the Holy Spirit with the revelation of Jesus to us (Luke 10:22).

Luke 10:21-24 MKJV
(21) In that hour Jesus rejoiced in Spirit and said, I thank You, Father, Lord of Heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the sophisticated and cunning, and have revealed them to babes. Yes, Father, for so it was pleasing before You.
(22) All things are delivered to Me by My Father; and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and the one to whom the Son will reveal Him.
(23) And He turned to His disciples and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that you see.
(24) For I tell you that many prophets and kings have desired to see what you see, and have not seen them, and to hear what you hear, and have not heard them.

What is the crime that got Jesus killed?

The Jews answered Him, saying, We do not stone you for a good work, but for blasphemy, and because you, being a man, make yourself God [YHWH]. John 10:33 MKJV
You have heard the blasphemy; what do you think? And they all condemned Him to be guilty of death. Mark 14:64 MKJV

Jesus was killed not because He made Hinself 'a' god, as He is seen today by a subgroup of Christianity, but because in Judaism He made Himself God who is YHWH, the Creator in Genesis (John 1). YHWH cannot be translated in any language. What is the word which is used for the name of God? In English, the word that refers to YHWH is 'the LORD or Lord'. In John 13:13, Jesus acquiesces to be YHWH.

Christianity Against Jesus

... and no one knows who the Son is if not the Father; and who is the Father, if not the Son, and he to whom the Son may desire to reveal Him. Luke 10:22 KJ3

Philippians 2:8-11 KJ3

and “every tongue should confess” that Jesus Christ is
“LORD" or [YHWH deut 6:4].

and coming to be found in figure as a man, He humbled Himself, coming to be obedient until death, even the death of a cross. (9) Because of this also God highly exalted Him and gave Him a name above every name, (10) that at the name of Jesus “every knee should bow,” of heavenly beings, and earthly beings, and under the earth beings, (11) and “every tongue should confess” that Jesus Christ is “Lord,” to the glory of God the Father. Isa. 45:23.

YHWH God is also referred to by the translations as an Angel (Hosea 12:4)and a Man (Exodus 15:3). Well, He took the form of a Man to hang out with Abraham.

Genesis 32:24-30 KJV
(24)  And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.
(25)  And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him. (26)  And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. (27)  And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob. (28)  And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. (29)  And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there. (30)  And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.

John 13:13 KJ3
